American Heart Association's Family & Friends® CPR

Are you a non-profit that wants its members to know hands only? Well, there's two easy ways to remember this one! Just call 9-1-1 and compress away after you've learned the right technique which of course, is in the center of their chest. Granted, there are a few considerations which is WHY a course is needed! As a former 9-1-1 dispatcher, this is what we typically walk  bystanders through on the phone. It's a short and easy course for teens and up! CPR and AED use with and without breaths which are optional lessons: 20 minutes to a little over an hour in length.

American Heart Association's Bloodborne Pathogens

This classroom course teaches employees who have a reasonable risk exposure to blood and pathogens like tattoo artists, hospitality workers, and those in public safety through how to protect yourself using PPE. Additionally, you learn how to report exposures according to OSHA's standards. Additionally, Vital Force CPR & First Aid will check your company's first aid box to make sure that it's up-to-date!
